PJ Dress Down Day
Grade 3 has been learning about Christmas customs around the world. Mrs. Boas came today to teach us about holiday traditions in Germany and make pretzels. We even learned some German Christmas words!
Reminder - The 5th Grade Parent Lunch is this Thursday, 12/7, at 11:30 AM. Come through the main entrance and head to the Aftercare Room. If you cannot attend, you may have a Grandparent come in your place. Please let the teacher know if no one can attend.
The St. Thomas Santa Shop will start next week, but setup will start this Friday (12/8) after school. We are looking for volunteers all week long. This is also a great opportunity for Grandparents to come in and volunteer. The signup is at the link below.

Our 5th Grade Class had a great trip to St. Francis Church in Teutopolis.
Tomorrow (12/1) is Donut Day! All parents and guests are welcome to join. Bring $1 for a donut and milk or coffee. The December Donut Patron is A2Z Liquors.

The REACT chemistry group from the U of I visited grade 3 today. They taught us about mixtures and solutions. We did some pretty cool experiments with them.
